Staff Capacity Build

How can we increase the capacity of coaches in FC 25 career mode. At the beginning of the career, it gives 4 slots and as the season goes on, it increases 1 by 1 and this is not enough. I was able to change this in FC 24 via live editor, but although I do the same process, it is not valid, can anyone help with this?
