Starheads never added and removed

Over several years I've collated spreadsheets regarding the addition and removal of starheads
throughout various game cycles. Here's the links to two of the most important. 

The first one is starheads that have been captured but never added
honestly there's too many examples here to pull just one - have a look.

The second one is for starheads that have previously been in games but have been removed
an example here is Kamil Grabara, added in FIFA 19 but lost his starhead in FIFA 21.

These sheets will be updated regularly as players faces are added and removed.
