Hey everyone,
I bought FC25 Ultimate Edition for myself and a couple of friends on July 19th through Steam.
But for some reason, it doesn't show up as "Ultimate Edition" on either Steam or EA Play. At first, I thought I messed up during the purchase, but after reaching out to Steam, they confirmed that I do actually own the game plus the Ultimate Edition.
On top of that, I still haven’t received my FC24 pre-order bonus yet. Is this bonus only available in the USA right now? I’m not sure what to do next, especially since I spent $290 on three copies of the Ultimate Edition. Steam lists the release date as September 27th, so I’m getting a bit worried about this whole situation.
Anyone here able to help or answer my questions?

So just like last year seems like checking out forums... but I'm buying EA FC for the first time.. bought through Steam Ultimate Edition and on EA App it shows Standard Edition... people had to claim it through some steam specific link... what now? didn't even bother fixing it in a year is crazy.... I don't want early days problems buying Ultimate edition so EA, make sure to put that I have Ultimate Edition and not Standard on EA App.. I'm considering a refund right now because man, I wanna play and not lurk around forums day 1
