Still missing 250,000 coins from pre purchased ultimate edition

Hi. My son pre purchased the fc 25 ultimate edition and like a lot of people had a hard time receiving all of the bonuses he was supposed to get. He got them in dribs and drabs but is still missing...

    Hey @mbappekid107,

    We can't really help with missing content here on the forums, but this might be a long shot: has your son checked the clubs mode in his game? Those 250,000 coins are Clubs coins, not coins for the Ultimate Team mode in the game. Could that be where the confusion's coming from?

@EA_QueenBee He just got home from school and I got him to check and they are indeed in club mode 🥴
Thank you SO much, this has been the bane of my existence for weeks!!!
Even EA themselves did not suggest this!
