Stuck on throw in animation. COST ME A CHAMPS LOSS!

I was playing stressful fut champs as you do. I was winning then my opponent won a throw in. Something happened before the cutscene/animation. The opponent was taking a throw in with no ball and was stuck in that animation. I left my ps5 on for over 3 hours and the guy didn't quit so I gave up and got the loss on champs. Tried pausing it and everything with no resolve. This happened to anyone else?

It started at 22 mins. My game time went to 245 mins extra time before the first half and the whistle didn't even blow.
