Stutter & input lag in FC25

My components

Monitor asus tuf gaming 165 hz

gpu 4070 ti super

MB z790 tuf gamibg btf

CPU i7 14700 kf

hard m.2 SSD 1 TB

im facing a stuttering in game play and input lag or delay

the game support 144 hz and my monitor 165 hz if i cap my fps in game to 120 the gameplay is fine but the input is so slow and if I leave it no limit the gameplay feels some stuttering and lagy inputs

i tried everything 

- reinstall caustom os  for gaming windows 11 

- turn off gsync, freesynce , vertical aync

- turn off backgrounds apps (0)

- run as admin

- remove nividia and ea app cash and shadercash

i tried everything with this game nothing can help

this is the only game that have this problem
