subs dont work, sprinting is bugged, dont save rivals progress

can someone help me please... my game is so glitched is almost impossible to play... cant make subs, the fast ones or the normal ones... it just doesnt work, making me loose games in the last minutes as everyone is 100 times faster than all my team... the pther problem is that a lot of time my players dont run to the ball (it glitches) and they make steps but not running giving the oponent time to reach the ball and steal or block or whatever...I went to div 2 twice, even will all the glitches and last games against  mbappes and vini jr (amazingly all promotion games have these players), and next time i logg in i am back to div 3... 

still in rivals before a opponent comes up, it always at least three times between the 30 secs they logg off, and only by the third or 4rth attempt i get to play with someone...
