Suggestions for Promo Pack system

Question

I spend about $700 on fc25 for promo pack(all new promo pack until today from release)

I only got 9 special with mostly low below 85(0 icon + 0 over 89.Just one 88 and 89,all the other was below 85.Other extra was three 80 tot)

Altogether of around 70 promo opened,

84 or lower for 43 pack and 10 duplicates for over 86(duplicate was mostly 87&88,and 1 90)

↑Your random system is pretty ridiculous don't you think??Need to be more excited when I pay since its pretty expensive.

Way too many low card and duplicates duplicates duplicates duplicates duplicates.

The suggestions is, got to give out sp, coins or something for duplicates AT LEAST.
For who pays certain amount, give 100% high card pack once in a while with free pack for you.

@OrenocosmOSurprise mechanic but when rewards where messed up last fc they was intended so who knows

&nbsp;I use to play fifa and EA games alot longtime ago and was really enjoyed that time so now I wanted to know how they became, but as I opened these packs and understood that they are just using really old algorithm focusing on monetization and not thinking of players.I don't hav time to play that much so i wanted to be exited when I open these packs, but EA in 2024 still using these old technique made me frustrating and disappointed most of the time(not just pack)If they focus on monetization over player satisfaction can harm EA's reputation and long-term business.More transparent systems would increase player loyalty and company growth.
