Hey I'm opening this thread up to ideas you'd like the devs to see.

Evo Chem Removals:

A few things initially I'm thinking are that when you evo a card with enhanced chem, it should never remove that chem boost. It should only add chem boosts to it, and they could also do evo chem boosts maybe to less popular leagues or countries.

Lacking Manager Nations:

Another thing is either add a manager for EVERY country, OR get rid of country and league on a manager card, so you can pick any manager, and you can manually select one league and one nation as a general boost for more variety in squadbuilding with rarer nations.

Manager TOTY and TOTS voting:

This one could be cool, add 1 male league, 1 female league and the winning managers get icon chem for a team.

Substitution Bench:

I was excited to hear they added a bigger sub bench, more real to life, but it's not in UT. All they need to do is either make the reserve bench have less slots, add slots to the subs, or make all the cards on the bottom of the screen smaller to fit, or make all of the interface a little different to fit it all.

I want this because it allows for more tactical options depending on how your team is playing and how your opponent is playing.

Quicker Team Management:

When I sub right now and then do tactic changes and all that the menus are slow and back and forth and there should be more intuitive quick switches and fluidity to allow a large number of changes to be made before time runs out. I don't advocate for larger pause breaks, just better switching options.

2 in 1 roles?:

So right now we have a role chosen and then and on the ball off the ball position system. Would it allow for more creativity and tactical enjoyment if we could set different roles for players to position themselves differently in on vs off? Or would that cause too much confusion in player logic and positioning.

Like maybe I want my RM to play defensive wide midfielder but switch to winger when in possession. Or maybe my fullback is on defend but in possession goes full attacking wingback. There are pros and * to this but just having the OPTION to try it out seems cool to me.

I thought roles would be like that initially giving us more variety.

I'll add some more, these are some initial thoughts. Feel free to add and we can have a comprehensive thread for managing directors and devs to consider.
