Support is slow aners on banned profile

My profile has been banned. It is almost 3 weeks ago with NO answer at all. I received and email but there is no answer or any showed evidence as to why they banned besides a very generic description which I don't get.

I am loosing ability to play the game and paid lots of money for the license so why is it taking so long?

    Took a look @stox66 and can see that our team advised you as to what to do and how it may take some time.

    ?  
    a) I have an email saying that this happen with a general explation  (not specific)
    b) I have sent an email to the team saying that something happend
    c) I asked a chat but in the security team as my profiled must have been hacked. The answere was. - send email, wait as the team is looking into this.


    Hence whereever you looked it is not info I have. I am still a big questionmark on what is the real reason and why it takes so long

First, they told me it would take 2 days to get feedback from the EA team, then 10 days, and today they said another 10 days. So I have to wait over 20 days in total. Why does the support team promise a maximum time frame for a response from the EA team?"

    Our live support team can only guess @Mutlu1905 as to how long it will take.


    If an appeal needs to be escalated by our TOS team then you may be waiting a lot longer.

    Hi Darko, 

    Then it is strange that they indicate that there is a maximum time frame of response. They also indicated that the investigation has been completed and that I will receive a response within 5 days. After 5 days of contacting them again, I am told that I have to wait another 10 days. I have the feeling that they just say and promise something on live chat. I can show you the conversations if you want.

    If being told that you must wait @Mutlu1905 then this is all that can be done atm.

    So.. now I am in January.  If I go to the ban page it still says banned. They have closed the tickets but no answer what so ever.  You mentioned they look at this but honestly so many months?
    I have paid lots of money to be able to play this game but if I am still banned or have a sanction.  While it might take a little longer we are now up on months...... and now they just closed the tickets with NO replay. Is that they normal way for EA to handle things.....
