What is the point of customer support when you are not able to reach them?

There's several ways to reach customer support depending on the issue, like email and live chat support, I've had zero issues requesting live chat support and EA advisors have been able to help within their limitations.
What's your issue? while I am not an EA advisor perhaps I can help if I understand whats going on.
Thank sou for your reply, but i dont think you can help me with my issue. Its really sad that random people will try to help me but their “support” wont… I dont think i should even try to ask them for help, i think they are the ones who need help.
