"There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team Servers"

Hello,  I have received this message when trying to purchase a player since Wednesday at around 3 PM EST. I did purchase many cards in bulk, however most soft bans usually only last 24h. Please help...

    Thank you for the suggestions but that is not the issue. I can connect to the EA servers as well as ultimate team, but when I go to purchase a player that is when the issue arises
