Thunderstruck Ruud Gullit has not recieved upgrade

Hey guys,   Just wondering why Thunderstruck Ruud Gullit's still not upgraded – he's met all the requirements, right?   Winter champions got theirs, but not him.   Any idea how to get help from...

same problem, how hard it is to upgrade a card and follow the timings and rules for upgrade that you yourselves create! same for reijnders card... its not even funny how pointless and sad it is to release promotions and not follow your own promises
