Tied game heading to pens… game just stops and gives me a loss…

I just played a friendly online and the game was about to end 3-3 and head to pens when the game just stops and gives me a 3-4 loss… I check the stats of the game and events and it made no sense it was 3-3… I just got back into it and now I’m vindicated as to why I left in the first place. The game still has so many little problems that need to be addressed
