I’ve supported EA’s football series for years — but as an offline player, I feel ignored. EA Sports FC 25 has failed once again to properly support Tournament Mode, Kick-Off, and real-world authenticity. We pay full price every year, but only Ultimate Team seems to get attention.

⚠️ UEFA Licensing Wasted – Where Are Europa League & Conference League Tournaments?

EA promotes its UEFA license heavily, yet still fails to include full standalone tournaments for:

• UEFA Europa League
• UEFA Europa Conference League

Not only that, but many clubs that regularly participate in those competitions are completely missing from the game — even though they’re prominent in European football. This makes it impossible to set up realistic European tournaments, which is one of the biggest draws of Tournament Mode.

🎮 Serie A Licensing Losses Kill Immersion

Every season, top Italian clubs like Inter, Milan, Lazio, and Atalanta suddenly lose their official names, kits, and emblems. Players remain, but everything else becomes generic and ugly. This ruins realism for those trying to recreate actual leagues and tournaments.

If EA can’t keep licenses, it should at least:

• Let us edit club names and kits
• Add community/shared assets
• Be transparent when licenses are lost

❌ Tournament Mode Is Broken

Tournament Mode, once the heart of offline play, is now neglected:

• News slides show wrong scorers or missing stats
• Season summaries are often inaccurate
• No support for multi-year tracking or club history
• AI behavior is unrealistic in league play

This was once the most immersive part of EA’s football games — now it feels untested and forgotten.

⚽ Referee Decisions and Foul Logic Are Unrealistic

• Obvious fouls aren't called
• Clean tackles get whistled randomly
• Offside calls are often delayed or incorrect
• Cards are inconsistently applied

The referee engine lacks intelligence — and fouls don't behave the way they do in actual football.

☁️ Weather and Lighting Systems Are Outdated

EA hasn’t meaningfully improved match atmosphere in years:

• Weather doesn’t change dynamically (e.g. overcast → rain → clear)
• Lighting doesn’t shift with match time (e.g. early evening → dusk)
• Pitch conditions never reflect weather history (mud, slick passes, etc.)

These details matter to fans who care about realism and atmosphere.

💬 We’re Still Paying Customers

Not everyone wants Ultimate Team. Many of us buy the game for:

• Realistic club football
• National and European competitions
• Immersive offline tournaments

We buy every year — but feel like we’re getting less each time.

EA, listen to your core audience. Offline players matter too.
