That really depends on how busy our terms of service team is at the moment. It can potentially take a few days. If you'd like, you can keep ab eye on the status of your case in "My cases". Just be careful not to resume it, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take you longer to get an update.

Sorry to rush you, but is there any way this can be resolved today please? I can see that the case is in progress but I'd really like to be unbanned so I can sell some of my champs rewards and put the new 88 Zola in the strikeforce Evo before it expires later today.  I can't afford it without doing that and it'd be a shame to miss out just because of some misunderstanding. If there's something more I need to do on my end to prove that I never bought or sold coins then let me know and I'll do it straight away. 

Hey i just banned for the same thing for no reason and they told me they took the correct action when i also did nothing wrong so you are never getting unbanned best of luck.

I never bought coins ever and abstained from trading this year to not get false banned but no matter how hard i tired still got banned for no reason money and time this is unreal to me i spoke with live support they wouldnt do anything or look into they just said email terms of service when they just reject it with no expiation or proof when there people acutely cheating and using snipeing bots when they got after the legit players makes no sense to me electronics arts is a company where they just use robots and ai and not acutely checking things out on their own.
