Transfer market glitch

Question

I was able to win bids for X2 - 88 base icon Beckham cards. The game showed that they were won by turning green (as per usual when winning a bid) followed by the sentence "processing".&nbsp; However, the cards NEVER transferred into my club!&nbsp; Do you have any insights on this glitch?&nbsp; Can EA provide compensation for this error?
