Transferring from ps4 to ps5 with game bought on ps4

It's covered under the dual entitlement, so it should be fine. Just note that some physical stores also sell PS5-only packaged products which will be playable only on a PlayStation 5 console. But if you got it from the PlayStation store then you should be good.
