Twitch Whispers Legit and Followup

I received a whisper from EASportsFC on twitch that asked for my email and name. The alert at the top says not to share that information. My twitch and EA accounts are linked so it seemed fake, but the whisper linked to the real EASportsFC account. Unclear how to proceed.
