Ultimate edition not availible on EA app

It might be a caching issue with the EA app. Could you pop open this guide and follow the steps inside to troubleshoot it: 

• Clear cache to fix your game download or upload

That might do the trick.

This doesnt work, also it is not availible on the ea website, this surely is a bug? why is ultimate edition not purchaseable 2 days before release.

hi, i cant buy the ultimate edition through the ea app it only says standard edition, tried looking on the website for some answers and found a link to buy the ultimate edition on the website, but when i click on it it brings me to a link to buy the standard edition... i have like 3-4 years the ea pro membership... please help

Did you find the solution ? i have the same exact problem the ultimate edition is not on the ea app so i can't pre download it.

nope, not yet , its hard to get some help, trying to get some help via the chat and a case ...

Go on the ea app, press 3 lines at top left,

press: Help -> App recovery -> Clear cache.

Then the select the standard edition. The "select edition" button should now appear. 

This worked for me.
