Ultimate team error

Thanks for your help I really appreciate it. you mentioned that it was a psn error and not ea but I'm just wondering why this error only occurs on UT and not other modes, as an example of an online mode, clubs works fine it is just UT. Do you know why?

When I click to load into Ultimate team it loads for about five seconds then the whole screen goes black and kicks me out the game back to the home menu of the Xbox

I have tried all the Xbox steps and it just seems to look the a issue with the game where it goes black and crashes.

I have the same issue on ps4 and only happens with FC 25 ultimate team I can load other games and other versions of FC and it loads it is only FC 25 that does not work, I have followed every step on Playstation Help and has done nothing have even reset my PlayStation so I believe it to be an EA error

Hey I did eveything in the steps and it still says the same thing with the same error code popping up when I try to open Ultimate team.
