Unable to save personal settings 1 on console

I keep having this issue and I've tried to fix it but nothing works. Please i need some help. For xbox

This was not a permanent fix for me, I got to enter the game mode but not save anything, asked me the same question when I started the game again. Unable to save personal settings 1

    @OwenWilll,

    So every time you start the game up it's essentially making you create a new personal settings file? What platform do you play on?
