Unable to substitute players in game breaks

It is not possible to substitute players during game breaks, like kick offs, corners, throw ins, free kicks and so on, unless the substitution is selected prior to the break. If you go in the pause manu and make an substitution once the break is in play, for example after a goal during celebration or when the player is lined up for kick-off, the substitution will only happen during the next break. This was different in FIFA23 and way better. Please fix this.
