Unfair Ban - The Ivory Tower.

So, on the November 27, I got an email saying I was banned for coin BUY/SELL, at first I thought it was a mistake or a scam email, mainly because I´ve done nothing wrong, and second I haven been on Fifa since the 24th because COD was released and I´ve been playing it since then. So I logged into EA FC and yes, I´ve been banned for life. My account goes back to 2008, it´s been 16 YEARS playing FIFA every single year, some of them with a year of EA PRO (like this one) and never had any issue, till now....

At first, I kept thinking this still was some kind of mistake, I was one of those persons that didn´t believe in false bans, every time I saw someone contesting a ban my first thought was that the person is guilty...how fool of me... I´ve checked my logins on EA account page, nothing wrong, so I´ve not been hacked, I have the 2 step verification but still, so I dispute my case, so many times that they said they wont verify it anymore, I'm banned and that's it.

They´re answers....first they say they deal each case manually...but all the answers I got we´re pre made model emails, explaining to me what coins buy/sell is, like if a person that does that doesn´t know what that is, that they verified and the ban is right and will stay, and for how many times I´ve asked for proof of what I´ve done, no mention of that in they´re answers.

So, for whatever reason they decide to ban someone, they ban, no questions asked, they do what they want, show no proof what so ever, and there´s nothing, nothing the person can do to defend herself, that´s really hurtful and such a injustice. They treat they´re loyal clients (16 years) like disposable trash up in they´re Ivory Tower like they don´t need no one and they are untouchable. Make no mistakes EA, there is no such thing, one day the tower might fall, and the people you done wrong all over the years will be in first row watching.

So, this is it, just wanted to expose my case to other players, not to EA because that´s pointless, but if you have the same problem has me, well, now you know you are not the only one. Take care guys.

PS: A weird fact, for what I´ve been researching here in forums, the people that has been banned (fair or not) they had a market ban, for what ever that means, temporary or not I don't know, but mine was for full game, for life, in the first issue I "didn´t had".
