User Profile Not Detected (or Has Been Deleted...)

Hello EA Support,
The game no longer detects my game profile, in which I have 150+ hours of play, with a career mode using Manchester United and a My Pro player at level 65-66. I need help to fix this issue, I will not create a new profile. You must restore the one I already had, which I never deleted."
