VPN Usage related to unlock web app transfer market

I have been actively playing for the past 10 days but until now the web app transfer market still has not unlocked. i understand this takes more than 2 days because i play with my brother on the same PC so there are 2 accounts playing on my PC, but if it takes up to 10 days it is quite strange.

i usually use VPN on my PC for security when surfing (I have connect to a VPN with the same location as where I live).

does using VPN affect the conditions for unlocking the web app transfer market? (i am worried that my active usage will not be counted because i use VPN)
