Web App no access, no club found?

How to fix this? See my issue attached as image. i played fc 24 with this account, why cant i play on web app now?

Hi @Beertruida_,

I'll pop the criteria that needs to be meet in order to be eligible for early access below. Check it out and see if you're meeting it:
