When are you going to fix hacker problem in PC

I was going 9-2 in Fut champs and I faced 3 hackers in a row. Now I have bad packs, 3 losses for nothing and Im actually quitting the game. You have lost a customer that has been buying the game since Fifa 14. Either I want a compensation of the games which is not going to happen or I'm quitting the game. I face this issue all the time, I've had enough. Boycott.
