    Hi @Jackson631,

    You posted on the German side of AHQ, so I will move your post over to the English FC 25 forums.

    What platform did you make the purchase and request the refund on? Was it on the EA app or another one?

    Depending on which payment option you used, it can also take up to 10 working days for refunds to arrive back on your account.
