Why is this game so bad?

Hi there. We can go through some connection troubleshooting. Is it just once a week you're disconnecting? What system are you playing on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

You really still think this is our connections? There are months worth of messages about this now…. 😂

The games broke and been broke since October, Staff will say connection and community managers, But they have not actually played the game and don't know nothing. Always ignore them 

Shut up about connection troubleshooting and actually take some responsibility for a change. IT IS THE GAME!!!

Some accountability would be refreshing instead of saying to everyone that its their connection, when clearly its not if everyone is having the same problem.

If you explain more and give the details ea is asking for that will help diagnose what is going on.  It might be your connection only way to know is if you provide more info. 

No one is losing connection , your just playing your game and normally your more than halfway thru the game and boom your back to your main home screen , you go back in and theres thee ole 0-3 loss ......seems to never happen on the featured squad which wouldnt be a big deal because you can replay em but limited games , 1 game crashing is a killer ...........just happened to me about 10 min ago.......no "you have lost your connection to ea servers"  just playing along on a match and less than a second your looking at your systems home screen

Don’t be ridiculous. 

Squad battles crashing has nothing to do with connection. The messages over months and the patterns of this happening tell you that. 

You don’t have any credibility anyway but posting about connection on a known issue just shows how much of an EA patsy you are. Pathetic. 

This is real issue and another example of you just getting in the way of customers getting resolution. 

I don’t understand what’s wrong with asking for more info to help diagnose what’s going on?  It can be a connection issue if you pull the plug you will get disconnected. So it is possible it’s a connection issue. 

There is also a large thread in the bug section asking for more info as the game can crash. So it’s possible it’s on EAs end. 

So asking for more info to diagnose what’s going on seems reasonable to figure out what’s going on.

If you’ve been paying any attention at all you’ll understand it can’t be replicated by switching off. 

It happens just in squad battles, usually when winning and after scoring. There a glitch then exits to Xbox Home Screen. 

That cannot be replicated by a disconnect and certainly not in the numbers repeatedly posting about this for months. 

Your choice. You are evidently paid by EA to revert every complaint to connection but this one is so obviously not the case that it just further impacts your credibility. 

The problem here is you are completely biased and projecting that onto me. I gave two possible outcomes. One blames ea and one blames the users connection.  

It’s obvious you are not actually interested in finding out which one it is. You are not objective and will only blame ea. 

Which is fine that you are biased but please don’t project that onto me.
