Will an EA agent actually help!?

Since betas launch half of series x players get dashboarded when connecting to the ea servers, i havent once seen one person from EA reply to these things. So annoying because this game looks decent...

The lack of support and clear of day ignoring the case is worrying.

Might skip this year.

    Hello thank you for the reply but yes, ive tried the troubleshooting steps linked before and just a minute ago before replying. I know a bunch of people having this issue too.

      ^ and it still homescreens after logging into the ea servers. @EA_Darko

        WIth a beta @csltrr you can run into issues like this.


        All we can suggest is to try the advanced troubleshooting steps that Xbox recommend.
