I think they will listen to the majority. I think you are asking the wrong entity. You need to ask will the community want a slower more realistic gameplay. No they won’t. While I prefer slower gameplay I am under no illusion it’s the minority opinion. People like easy offense with a lower skill gap.
Whilst that may be true. I do think EA have deliberately overstated this narrative that the arcade gameplay was a great success. I read more comments on how s* the gameplay is after this Refresh patch than how good it is.
I can understand a slightly faster gameplay but I still can't comprehend why people would like unrealistic player movement and acceleration - it's such a s* representation of the real game but apparently people do prefer that - probably because it allows them to take advantage of certain situations in the game.
Not sure why they messed up the custom sliders this year, they simply don't work consistently.
My main question, however was whether EA will advertise a certain type of gameplay, where so many trialed it before buying and then significantly change it later once they have taken their money with no option to go back to the gameplay people paid for (at least in offline modes or by changing custom sliders that actually work).
I realised whist typing this that I am wasting time with these posts. EA will do f all - s* game this year, made by a s*tty company.
