Wins not counting in EA fc 25

I got logged out twice at the end of a game that I won and it counted as loss. It has nothing to do with my connection as i was in a PlayStation party with my friends and it was fine, also the fact that it doesn’t happen when I lose. What can I do to get my wins awarded to me ? 

Also, I’m not able to connect to the ultimate page even tho I can play Apex Legends and any other game online without an issue
