Wrong edition of fc 25 - purchase the ultimate edition but I got the statndard
I have preordered the ultimate edition of fc 25 but I got the standard edition and it won't let me access to the game

Have you checked your purchase history for the platform you pre-ordered it on to confirm it's the correct edition? If it's showing up as the incorrect version or the payment is still processing/cancelled we recommend contacting the Support team for the platform you purchased it for.
