I just opened a pack and it contained totw valverde while his thunderstruck is in packs.
I open the packs for the new cards not old versions of them.
Like i buying the new xbox series x and i open the box and it contains an xbox one.
I would like the right version of valverde
They dont show that ingame.
And the highest version should only be in packs.

Yesterday i heard karchaoui as well.
Most funny we bought the packs at 5 accounts.
3 of us used coins to open packs. While i used coins it contained totw valverde. My mate opened it with fc points and got thunderstruck valverde.
So it seems tht thunderstruck items are premium items and can only be hut with fc points.
To uphold the scam they do let you hit the bottom tier with coins.
Advisors in chat evenbsaid something in this range

@hab74n7d9q6a There's nothing for them to answer, there was two versions of Valverde available in packs with the possibility to pack both the same goes for multiple other players that were available in packs. You got unlucky & packed TOTW Valverde get over it & move on cause you won't be getting any compensation.
