Wrong reward received from level 40 seasonal tracker.

Hi there.

today when I went to go claim my level 40 season reward from the season tracker in ultimate team I pressed A to claim all rewards but then the game auto picked the player (Roberto Firmino) for me when I didn’t want him and wanted to pick the 87+ x10 pack. I am really upset that I took time to reach level 40 just for the game to not give me an option and auto pick the reward that I didn’t want. 
I hope this can be resolved.
