Zidane Evolution

I see a new evolution advertised as being available for the TOTY Eras 2002 Icon card, but it’s not showing up in my evolutions menu or in my objectives. I had previously evolved the base card (because EA never hinted that a special evo was coming). Does this mean I can’t get the special evo? If so, that kind of stinks. Would never have messed with the base card if I had any inkling I’d be screwing myself in doing so.
