Welcome to the new EA Forums Bug Reports section

Hi everyone and welcome to our new forums! Check out our Getting Started guide to learn more.

Due to the transition, all previous Answers HQ Bug Reports have been archived, and you can find them all here. 

Don't worry, this doesn't mean we've forgotten about your previous reports. Our FC developer team is currently investigating and working on fixes for countless bugs you've raised!

For any new or ongoing issues, we will still need to create new threads.

⚠ Before reporting a bug, please always check to see if your bug has not already been reported.
You can use the keyword search for this to possibly find your bug and then add your report in the post created for it, as well as click the Upvote button to indicate that you are experiencing the same issues.

    I have a problem, when I try to play the game, I have an error with my graphics card rx7700xt, in any other more demanding games I have no problems with drivers, everything works perfectly even in higher resolutions. I've used the game for who knows how many times, and I've installed and downloaded it several times. can help?

    How do we see which bugs are actually being addressed/looked at? There are a myriad of issues with the games since launch that have not been fixed yet.

    FC 25 purchased through steam crashes after a few minutes in any match. Then I verify files and find 3 problem files. I can find 3 problem files over and over again, I can repeat this over and over. Crash, 3 bad files, crash, then 3 bad files. It never corrects. 

    The game is currently unplayable for a large number of people who all report this same issue. You have countless posts across reddit to your own site about this same issue.

    Unplayable game.

    What is Evolution?

    I cleared the Evolution sharpshooter to the end, but did not get high accuracy!

    Please fix/improve it.
