10 hour trial already expired error !
I am on Series X , ı've just opened my game through ea trial and it says thanks for playing but your trial time has expired, what should i do ?

Community ManagerYour location, account location, and region your platform are set to all need to match. For example, you can't live in the UK and set your account and console to New Zealand to play early.
I’m living in Istanbul like mate that faced the issue and i got the same error, I didn’t change my location or timezone on xbox series x and my all accounts match each other.

Are you game sharing on Xbox or using share play on PlayStation?

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
I am now leaving for the day and won't return until Sunday. Please contact an advisor by opening a case here for further support.

No you are illegal, also stop saying "you are leaving" when you are online. Remove the illegal in-game counter fraud

I really do despise this bro, i went to sleep after staying up to 2am thinking they will atleast fix it in the morning..
I live in the UK and the first time I opened the game it said my free trial had ended and its 8am.(Xbox series S)
Im in the uk, location set to uk, time set to uk and its still showing the error
I live in Canada and bought the game and trial here. It still shows the trial expired msg when I try and play. The game is out here. I even uninstalled the game and re installed. Any ideas what to do or was I just scammed out of 7.99
It's 11 a.m. and still having the same error. Unbelievable, i am gonna cancel my pre-order.
This is so annoying stayed up all night to play it spent money on ea play and get screwed over like this, how do they expect us to get the most out of this game if we can't do anything!
Me too - so disappointing and haven’t even had a chance to try the game 🤦♂️ It’s like we are being punished for pre ordering by not being allowed access to the EA Play trial ..
