2:1 disconnect, but game didn't gave victory

I was winning the game 2:1 and it said that the connection with the opponent was broken, I go back to Champions and see that there is no victory or defeat, as if this game never happened. I did not play anymore, I am waiting for them to compensate me and return the victory.
