Hmm i have had this problem also gotten worse after the last update. It's like the game is holding on to something that should be dumped or something, after restarting my first game is always smooth, good playable even. I have the idea that after every goal there is made it's stuttering a little more, also if not playing but doing sbc's/ and or opening pack's. its fine on the first one but it gets just slower and slower and more lag the time i spend in the menus. So i guess those 3 files, should be missing if it's after you close the game. and they will be created whenever you launch it again. I'm pretty sure they are working on a fix for it.
Me personal, i did rollback my Nvidia driver yesterday, becuase after the latest i didn't get any smooth gameplay anymore. not even after restarting. & pretty much unplayable. lowering resolution from 1980x1080 to 1280x720 & it didn't have impact on either the stuttering & lagging, Which really took my hope away.. And i have also Disabled Hyper Threading in the BIOS which noticeably improved my game performance on BFV & also on FC25, I'm using a ASUS TUF F15 506H..c?...b? with 16gb ram, 11400 Intel i5 11th gen (2.70ghz) Nvidia RTX 3050 Laptop GPU DDR6 (4gb) 512gb SSD par HDMI to external 144Hz 27inch Samsung Monitor
