Ronaldo's price range suddenly fluctuated from 15 million to 30,000.
I had no idea this was happening and relisted a Ronaldo I had already listed, losing all my assets in one go.
I can't forgive them making such a ridiculous change to the range just because it's the Switch version.
I want EA to explain why this is happening.
Is this how they treat someone who has been playing since release?

Thank you for preparing such a surprise. I was surprised that my assets of over 10 million coins that I have been playing for almost 9 months have been reduced to 30,000 coins. It's a great price range. The good thing about the Switch UT is that you can buy Ronaldo, who costs nearly 10 million on PS5, for only 30,000 coins. At the expense of one player.
I've been in despair ever since. Who could have predicted something like this? I've been wondering what the point of all the time I've spent on UT was.
Could you please change the price range of other high-value players with over 3 million coins to 0-30,000? If not, it's too unfair Why should I be the only one to go through this? EA's customer service is not functioning They only listen to user feedback that is convenient for them Are other game makers doing the same thing as EA? Isn't this also a reason for users to leave?
They should have a pop up that says price ranges may change when relisting. I can see how this could happen but a warning would help. I am not sure if anything can be done though if you already contacted support.
