Account issue.

I had a psn account and had fc25. My psn got banned permanently and was forced to make a new psn. I made the new psn and didn't delete my BANNED PSN off of my playstation. Because of this I did not have to buy fc25 again. A couple days ago I decided to completely delete the profile of my BANNED PSN. I deleted it, and now I had to REPURCHASE fifa on my psn that was new but I already had over a month of fifa progress on and spent so much money. Today, I decided to open the ps app and tried launching fc25 through there and turned on my ps5, it didn't work, though now it let me play fc25 without having to repurchase, but when I launched the game all my progress is gone and everything started fresh even though I was on the same psn and same email for my EA account. It is really weird because in fifa it makes me start fresh but on my playstation it tells me that I have 80 hours on fifa (what i got in the month i played) and doesn't tell me that anything is fresh. It seems to me I still have access to my old account (same email) and I want access to my ultimate team that I once had on my same psn! ( I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN REPURCHASING THE GAME IF I CAN GET MY ULTIMATE TEAM PROGRESS BACK)  SOMEONE HELP!
