Account Linkage

Respected members of EA,
I would like you all to perform actions based on my account hacking,
I had an account named D_koy34 which has been hacked by a temporary account and i had also another account with the name for [edit: email address removed] which also was ahcked by a temporary account as you can see in the screenshot.
I purchased fc 25 yesterday and still cant play it due to these issues.
Therefore its my honorable requests to look after this matter.
