All my players says not found

No, that's not true. His cards are glitched just as mine are. The text at the top reads NOT FOUND and there's a gray background. The playstyles are also white. I've had this issue since fut birthday and guess what dreamchasers too. I've submitted this issue on multiple threads, the same link you shared, followed 15 different steps and still nothing. 

Also, no one responded to my question ever. 

Try deleted the squad update file. Go to Main menu > Settings > Profile > Delete > Squad update file. Let me know what happens.
