Although I get high FPS in FC 25, the game constantly stutters.

Despite my computer's specifications being more than sufficient for the game, I can never play FC 25 smoothly. I get around 240 FPS, but the game stutters a lot. It's not occasional frame drops but rather a consistent stuttering every second. For example, when the goalkeeper plays a long ball, the ball moves in a jerky manner while in the air. On this computer, I've played games with much higher system requirements on ultra settings without any issues. I've never encountered any problems with other games. However, I can't play FC 25 even on the lowest graphics settings. My system information is provided below. Could you please assist me?
