Fc25 having same issue have tried all suggested fixes nothing working

I'm trying to launch ultimate team and I get this error "an error occurred while downloading the football ultimate team squad update please try again". I need help fixing it, I've tried changing the DNS, changing the location of the download on steam, re-installing the game and re-installing the EA app.
