An error occurred while communicating with the Ultimate Team servers.

Hello support team. I have been doing SBC in the game for 3-4 hours and the game gives me the error I wrote in the title. I have a wired internet connection, I have reset my internet many times, I have logged out of all platforms and logged back in, but the problem still persists. I can open the packs I have ready but it gives me an error when doing SBC.
