AntiCheat error at Launch

I did a couple things which i was told to do to help fix gameplay by ea help, which was to clear my cache, and to cold start my PC, but after this I get a error message when I try to launch which is:
Ea anticheat service encountered an eorr. Please restart the game.: C:\programfiles\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (1058)
