ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!

Hello, I have been playing FC 25 on my PS5 and I have not been able to redeem or claim the rewards from squad battles in ultimate team. Anyone please tell me how I can get the rewards from going from the lowest rank in squad battles to gold 1.
